Step 2: We arrange a prepaid courier to collect your frames from your door.
Step 3: Our lab techs measure, cut and fit your new lenses.
Step 4: We securely courier your fresh shades back to you.
Turnaround is roughly 5 to 14 working days once your frame reaches us, and we keep you updated the whole way through. When you pack your frame, use bubble wrap or padding in a small box, not a bag or envelope, with your name and order number inside.
